Martial Happy To Work With Tough Mourinho

Anthony Martial has revealed that he struggled to work with Jose Mourinho at first, but has now adapted to his tough management.

The France international has struggled to break into the first team squad, since Mourinho joined the club.

Martial has however turned to a super sub for United and has now staked a claim for a spot in the first team.
“Jose Mourinho, he was tough with me, I think we didn’t understand each other, but we got to know each other, we talked a lot and it’s going very well,” he explained to Telefoot.

“I had minor extra-sports problems, it played in my head, I wasn’t very focused and now as soon as I get back on the pitch, I look to make a big impact.”
